we as in me, adam, and david (his friend) applied for an apt at the arbors today.
we should know within a couple of days if were approved. i'm excited and scared
all at the same time because we don't have credit so it might be hard. but, the lady
told us since we brought our diplomas it proved why we did'nt have credit or any
previous rental history. we make enough though, between the 3 of us we make
a little more then $3,000 a month. i'm trying to find a 2nd job at least until after
Christmas. we need to buy furniture, i want to have a nice Christmas and be able
to buy my family gifts, i want to start tithing to the church, and i want to maybe
pay my car off early and save up at least $1,500-2,000 and give my car to my
sister for her 16th birthday and get myself a '03-'05 jeep liberty. that's my goals
for the rest of the year. oh & to loose the 15 pounds i've gained since may. then
i'll be back at 105 because that's in the healthy weight range for my height and crap.
and no, i'm not saying i'm fat, so shut up. i'm just saying i want to loose the extra
ive gained lately. it's just hard to find something thats open in the morning 'till noon.
i work from 2pm-10 everyday and weekends .. so i would'nt be able to work nights
or most weekends. idk what i'm going to do. maybe starbucks or something?
anyway, life is really looking up for me right now. i hope it stays like this
and does'nt start going downhill. i especially hope i did'nt just jinx it. ha.
i'm enjoying my job so far. we had class all week from 8-5 and this tuesday is our
first clinical day (when i start getting paid) .. and then thursday is when the workbook
is due. it's like 100+ worksheets i've been doing. it's a little harder then i expected.
well, not harder but definitely not as laid back and easy going as i thought.
we toured the nursing home the other day and i saw some of the saddest things
i've ever seen in my life, i'm definitely going to watch how close i get to the residents,
or i might get heartbroken. oh yeah, i made a 100 on the first test over chapter 1.
thursday we have tests on chapter 2-10, not exciting, hahahahahaha. but it's going
good lately, thank you Lord.
